Hair MUST BE 1/4 inch long for best results (about 2-3 weeks of growth).

There are certain cases when you should not come in for a waxing, for example any clients using Retin A, Renova, Accutane, AHA, Glycolic acid, Alpha Hydroxide treatments, chemical peels or any other skin thinning products should not come in for waxing.

You should never remove hair from: recent scar tissue, eyelashes, or sunburned skin. Any systemic disease such as cancer (risk of infection), insulin dependent-Diabetes Mellitus (very prone to bruising: coagulation is slower), Herpes Simplex (cold sores), etc. Vascular problems such as couperose of the face, varicose veins, and phlebitis. Any signs of eruption, abrasion, open wounds, irritation, inflammation or hypersensitivity.

For personal comfort, you should avoid waxing during menstrual cycle due to increased sensitivity and water retention.

If you has been shaving or using a chemical depilatory, please discontinue at least 2 weeks prior to waxing.

After Waxing, it is advised to AVOID for a period of 24 hours: Sun/Tanning Beds Makeup, if face is waxed Chlorinated Water (pool water) Hot Water, Saunas Deodorant with Aluminum Salt Glow or stimulating body or facial treatments Tight Clothing for legs/bikini (No Pantyhose) for 48 hours
